So you can reach couples who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, and unsure how to reconnect -
with words rooted in truth, grace, and the heart of God.
Your voice. Your message. Written with care, intention, and conviction.

How I HelpThe couples you serve aren't dealing with surface-level problems. They're walking through distance, communication breakdown, broken trust, family pressure, parenting challenges, financial pressure, and struggles in their walk with God - often all at once. And when your emails don't hold that weight, your message can fall flat...even when your coaching doesn't.That's where I come in.I help Christian marriage coaches write emails that feel:• like a calm voice when things feel uncertain
• honest, but never overwhelming
• aware of what your clients are going through
• true to your voice, values, and faith
so your emails don't just say the right things - they help people feel understood and open to what comes next.Your coaching changes lives one conversation at a time, and your emails should support that work. The goal isn't to sound more polished or more strategic. It's to communicate with honesty, steadiness, and truth. If your emails aren't reaching the primary inbox, your voice gets lost. I identify what's affecting your deliverability, fix what needs to be fixed, and help your emails land where they belong - so they're seen, not buried. Because your message can't do what it's meant to do if it isn't being read.Your coaching is compassionate, practical, and faith-centered. Your emails should feel that way too. I help your voice come through clearly so your words feel personal and consistent with the way you already show up for your clients - like a real conversation that helps people feel safe, seen, and understood, the same way they do when they sit down with you.

Ways We Can Work TogetherYou're no longer trying to figure out what to say, what to send, or whether your emails are reaching the people who signed up to hear from you.I take care of the writing, planning, and deliverability so you can stay focused on serving your clients.Over time, your emails become a reliable extension of your coaching and your faith...building trust, creating connection, and helping the right people find the support they've been praying for."Let all that you do be done in love."

About MeHi, I'm Kiri. Before becoming a ghostwriter, I spent years proofreading court transcripts. It's work that taught me to pay attention to the details most people miss.I'm drawn to this work because you're showing up for people in real, vulnerable moments where God is often at the center of the healing and rebuilding. That kind of work isn't superficial. It requires patience, discernment, and a steady presence...and those are qualities I value deeply. My role is simple: to help you put words to the work you're already doing in a way that reflects your faith, your values, and how you guide your clients.

Frequently Asked QuestionsA few common questions about the process, emails, and working together.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Do you only work with Christian marriage coaches?Yes. That's the primary focus of my work. I'm especially drawn to coaches who help couples navigate difficult seasons where faith is part of the healing, rebuilding, and restoration process. If your coaching is rooted in biblical values and you want your emails to reflect that naturally, we're probably a good fit.

What if I don’t know what to say in my emails? That’s one of the most common struggles coaches have. Usually the problem isn’t having nothing to say. It’s figuring out how to write emails without overthinking every word. That’s where I come in. I help you take the things you’re already talking through with clients and turn them into emails people actually want to read.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~What if I already know what I want to say but don't have time to write it?That's completely fine. Many coaches already have plenty of ideas. They know what their clients are struggling with, what questions keep coming up in sessions, and what they want people to understand. The challenge usually isn't a lack of ideas. It's finding the time to turn those ideas into thoughtful, well-written emails on a consistent basis. If you already have topics, notes, voice memos, or rough thoughts, I can help turn them into emails that are ready to send.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Can you help if my emails are landing in Promotions or Spam?Yes. If your emails aren’t reaching the Primary inbox, I can help identify what may be affecting deliverability and walk you through how to fix it. That might include things like domain authentication, sending habits, list quality, inbox placement, and technical setup issues.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Do I need to already have a newsletter? Not at all. Some coaches already send weekly emails and just want help writing them more consistently. Others are starting from scratch and simply want a better way to stay connected with their audience. We can build from either place.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Do you write in my voice?Yes. That’s one of the most important parts of the process. Your emails shouldn’t suddenly sound like they were written by a completely different person. They should still sound like you: your tone, your convictions, your personality, and the way you naturally guide people. My role is to help shape and organize the message, not replace your voice with mine.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~What if I’ve never emailed my audience consistently before? That’s more common than most people realize. A lot of coaches start building an email list and then stop using it consistently because they get busy, overthink what to say, or feel pressure to make every email perfect before sending it. If it’s been a long time since you’ve emailed consistently, we wouldn’t suddenly jump back into daily emails overnight. Part of the process is warming things back up gradually so your emails stay healthy and more likely to reach the Primary inbox properly. And honestly, most lists aren’t “dead.” Usually people just haven’t heard from you in a while, so it'll just take a bit of time to start reaching your audience again.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I don’t want my emails to feel salesy. Can you help with that?Absolutely. A lot of coaches avoid email marketing because they don’t want to sound pushy, performative, or overly polished. I understand that completely. The goal with weekly emails isn’t to pressure people into booking a call. It’s to give you a consistent way to stay connected to your audience while continuing the conversations they’re already having with you - in a thoughtful and encouraging way.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~What kinds of topics can email newsletters cover?Almost anything your clients are already struggling with or thinking about. For marriage coaches, that can include things like:• communication struggles
• emotional disconnection
• rebuilding trust
• conflict and reconciliation
• parenting stress
• intimacy and vulnerability
• forgiveness and boundaries
• faith during difficult seasons
• conflicts with extended family
• premarital conversations and relationship preparation
• encouragement rooted in biblical values
Not every email needs to “teach” something profound. Sometimes the most meaningful emails are simply the ones that help people feel seen, encouraged, and less alone in what they’re walking through.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~How often should Christian marriage coaches send emails?Consistency matters far more than frequency. For many coaches, one thoughtful email each week is a great place to start, but there's no single "right" number. Some coaches send more often, especially if they have a lot to share or regularly engage with their audience. What matters most is showing up regularly. People become familiar with your voice over time, and that happens when they hear from you on a regular basis.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Can email newsletters help Christian marriage coaches like me get clients?Yes, but usually in a quieter way than social media marketing. Most people don’t read one email and immediately book a call. They pay attention over time instead. They read a few emails, get familiar with the way you think, and slowly begin to trust your approach. That kind of familiarity matters, especially in marriage-focused work where trust plays such a big role in whether someone feels comfortable reaching out.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~What makes a good email newsletter for Christian marriage coaches?Usually the best emails feel thoughtful, honest, and connected to real life. They don’t need to sound overly polished or read like a sermon every week. Most people connect more deeply with emails that feel sincere, conversational, and encouraging than ones that sound formal or carefully scripted. Faith can be woven into your emails naturally through the way you communicate, encourage, and guide people - without forcing it into every sentence.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~What’s the difference between email writing and deliverability support?Email writing focuses on the content itself - what you’re saying, how your emails sound, and how you stay connected with your audience consistently over time. Deliverability support focuses on whether your emails are actually reaching the Primary inbox in the first place. That includes things like Promotions tab placement, Spam folder issues, domain authentication, sender reputation, and overall inbox health. Both matter because even strong emails can’t do much if people never actually see them.

Do you help with email platforms or tech setup?Yes...to a point. You don’t need to be especially tech-savvy before working with me. If you already use a platform like ConvertKit, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, or something similar, I can usually help with the basics and make sure things are functioning properly. And if deliverability becomes part of the conversation, I can also help identify technical issues that may be affecting inbox placement.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Do you offer one-time projects or only ongoing support? Most of my work is ongoing monthly support because consistent communication tends to build stronger trust and connection over time. That said, I also offer one-time deliverability projects for coaches whose emails are landing in Promotions or Spam, as well as occasional setup or troubleshooting help. If you're not sure which option makes the most sense for where you are right now, we can talk through it together.

What if I’m not sure my emails are even helping my business? That’s actually a very common feeling, especially if you’ve been emailing inconsistently or putting a lot of pressure on every email to “perform.” Most people won’t respond immediately to a single newsletter. But consistent emails help keep your voice familiar so that when someone is ready for help, they already know who you are and what you stand for. Not every email will lead to an immediate response, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t helping. Sometimes people simply need to hear the right encouragement at the right time.
